Human Resources Management Staffs

Prior To New Employee Orientation (NEO):

  1. Ensure you arrange to have your Fingerprints captured prior to Orientation.

  2. Complete the Mandatory on-line Federal Background Investigation (E-QIP*).

  3. Print and complete all 'mandatory' forms (located in the right column).

  • All mandatory forms completed in full

  • Two (2) forms of identification (refer to your I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form for list of acceptable documents)
